本体は結構大きめで置き場所は少し考える必要があります。そこさえ決まれば起動も動作も速いしリモコンの反応もよいのでかなり使いやすいです。明るさはしっかりとあって、昼間でも見ることができました。もちろん暗くしたほうが映像はきれいです。自動台形補正とオートフォーカスも便利で調整いらずでとてもいい。4Kデコード対応という記載ですが、投影解像度はフルHDです。4Kと記載がありますがそこは注意。音もしっかり出ていて、低音もちゃんと聞こえます。別途スピーカーを用意しなくても十分です。プロジェクターでアプリを追加することもでき、U-NEXTもインストールして見ることができました。Wi-Fiにつないでコンセントを挿せば本体だけでyoutbeやprimeビデオなどの動画を見られるので設置してしまえばそのあとはとても使いやすい若干画質が悪いかもと思うときありますが、全体的には満足しています。

Dangbei N3 Maxプロジェクターのレビューです。VIDAA OS内蔵のプロジェクターは初めてですが、hisenceのTVで慣れているのでとても使いやすい。手持ちプロジェクターのGoogle TVがモッサリでたまにイライラしますが、こちらはサクサク。本体は大きめですが、ジンバルベース一体型なのでベース追加などの必要もありません。I/O端子は背面下部に集中していますが、ACの入力はベースにありました。この位置関係はスタイリッシュで使いやすくて良い。I/O端子の場所的にFire TV stickなどをそのまま差すと、上に向けられなくなり天井投影出来ないので注意。映像に関してはかなり鮮明です。普段は中価格帯のレーザープロジェクターを使っているので明るさが心配でしたが、レーザーと比べても引けを取らないほど明るめ。もちろん高価格帯のものには劣るでしょうが、このコスパならば十分すぎます。今回は天井投影でロゴを撮ってみましたが、電気を点けていてもそれなりに見れるレベルでした。音響に関しては一応Dolby Audio対応ですが、12Wなのでそれなりという感じ。ここはもう少し出力欲しかったところです。hdmiがeARC対応なので外部スピーカーなども繋げやすいですが、プロジェクターだと位置関係がおかしくなりますね。素直にBluetoothで繋いで遅延と戦った方が良さそうです。VIDAAなのでTVerなどのアプリを見る場合は工夫が必要となります。天井投影の場合Fire TV stickがそのまま使えないのですが、AirPlayやミラキャスなどで一応対策できます。環境にはよりますが遅延との戦いが起きるかも。私の環境では特に遅延なくいけました。ゲームは試していません。静音性はかなり高めな部類だと思います。本体が小さくなると排熱のコントロールでうるさくなる機種が多いので、やはりある程度のサイズのものは安定感ありますね。個人的にこの価格ならば及第点どころか、かなりお買い得な部類だと思います。ネイティブ4Kやレーザーまでは必要ないという方には間違いない一台でしょう。

画像1枚目は、この製品の内容物です。本体と電源ケーブル、リモコン、説明書です。画像2枚目はレンズの向きを水平にしたものです。これを上いっぱいまで持ち上げると画像3枚目のようになります。90度を超えてさらに傾けることができます。画像4枚目はリモコンです。Netflixなどはボタン一つで呼び出すことができます。画像5枚目はスピーカーです。本体の後ろにスピーカーが2台付いてます。画像6枚目は製品に貼付されてる製品情報です。PSEマークも取ってます。使用感です。安物のプロジェクターより明らかに音質は良いです。と言っても、本格的なオーディオほどじゃありません。テレビと同程度です。壁の凹凸や台形になってしまうのを自動で補正してくれるのは便利です。真上に向けられるのはとても良いです。ベッドで寝ながらNetflixが見られます。見ないともったいないから主にNetflixを見てます。音声アシスタントが付いてるようですが、Netflixでは機能しません。AirPlay2対応で、iPhoneの画面を写すことができます。総評です。とにかく、ベッドに入ったままそこそこ高音質でNetflixが見られるのは便利です。首を起こさなくて良いのは本当に楽です。歪みも自動で補正してくれるのも便利です。★5です。

使ってみた第一印象は、画質がいい！です。縦横ストライプのテスト画像を使ってネイティブ解像度を確認してみましたが、しっかりFullHD（1920×1080）の解像感が確認できました。オートフォーカスの精度も高く、設置後は細かな文字や線までシャープに表示されました。せっかくのFHD解像度をフォーカスの甘さで損なうようなこともなく、解像性能をしっかり発揮してくれます。明るさも文句なしです。これまで「1000 ANSIルーメン」「1000 ISOルーメン」などと表記された他社製プロジェクターも見てきましたが、それらと比べても明らかに明るく感じます。暗くした場合だけでなく、薄曇りの室内でも試しましたが、十分視聴できました。単に明るいだけでなくコントラストもしっかりしており、映像にメリハリがあります。全体として非常に画質がきれいだと感じました。壁色に合わせて画質を自動調整してくれる機能も便利です。スクリーンではなく壁へ直接投影する場合でも、壁の色による色かぶりを抑えてくれるため、自然な色味で楽しめました。オートフォーカスや台形補正などと合わせて、設置してから映像を見るまでの調整が自動的に完了するのでとっても楽です。また、デフォルトではオフになっていますが、「アイプロテクション」機能も気が利いています。投影中に人などがプロジェクターの前を横切ると自動的に減光するため、強い光を直接目に受けにくくなります。家庭内では人が投影前を横切ることもあるので、実用的な安全機能だと思います。音質もしっかりしています。内蔵スピーカーとしては音に厚みがあり、低音もよく出るので、映画や動画を見ても薄っぺらい感じがありません。外付けスピーカーを用意しなくても、普段使いなら十分楽しめる音だと感じました。静音性も良好です。実際に3時間程度連続で使用してみましたが、排気音は特に気になりませんでした。

I ordered this projector for my guest bedroom in lieu of a TV. This is a good quality unit with overall good performance and no major flaws.It is a relatively compact unit with a nicely designed pivot stand. As advertised, the fan noise is not very obtrusive and it runs fairly cool. It has USB ports for playing local media and HDMI in + ARC to accept an HDMI signal and also facilitate digital audio to an external receiver. However, the built in speakers are relatively good sounding given that they're integrated into a compact unit.The visual quality is good. It is not the highest resolution, but in its class this is perfectly good. The autofocus and autokeystone are nice features - I was pleasantly surprised to see that despite the unit being tilted up and to one side, the image was square. However, this is done digitally, as you can see the faint outline of the unaltered projection area if you look hard enough in a dark environment. However, the contrast ratio is high enough that it's surprisingly hard to notice. The autofocus sometimes had a bit of trouble handling a tilted screen; it was biased to the upper half, meaning the bottom half was out of focus. Manual adjustment created a better compromise.Even in moderate lighting (one 100w equivalent LED @ 1600lm), the display was acceptably bright. Note that bright daylight is likely to make the display too dim to enjoy and I'd recommend having blinds to reduce the ambient light. In the dark, the picture is plenty bright.The remote feels well constructed and works out of the box even though instructions are given to pair it. The interface resembles an Android TV to my eyes even though it's a distinct OS. It works well enough although nothing beats AppleTV for smoothness. I was impressed at how quickly the first OS/firmware update took; many smart devices take much longer. Its built in wifi had no trouble connecting to my network.Overall, this is a very good projector for the price. It has good resolution, good contrast, good brightness, good I/O, good autofocus/autokeystone, good built in speaker quality, and a good user interface.

Opening the box, the N3 max projector comes with a remote, batteries for the remote, a power cord, and instructions. The build quality seems good. It feels like a premium device, with high quality optics. The projector is physically a little chunkier than I was expecting, with the projection module alone measuring about 15cm high, 24cm wide, and 20cm deep, and then the stand increases the footprint further, and the total weight is a little over 3kg ; but it's still quite portable and the mass does help with projection stability.The projected image is bright with excellent colour saturation, and good contrast, but note that it is LCD based, so blacks are not perfectly black. While the HDMI input may support up to 4K, the native projector resolution is 1080P, so note that this is not really a 4K projector. The projector has a constantly running fan, to keep it from overheating. While the projector does get a bit warm on one side, the fan seems to do a good job of keeping it cool, and is relatively quiet, though noticeable. The built in stereo speakers are located on the top of the back of the projection unit, so you'll want to take this into consideration when deciding upon projection orientation, to provide the best sound in your environment. They work surprisingly well, offering good bass response, and a respectable volume range.The unit uses VIDAA smart TV OS which boots from power off in about 10 seconds, resumes from standby (soft power off) in about 2 seconds, is fast and responsive, and has a good built in player support for different media formats. The VIDAA OS offers a wide range of applications, for supporting the various streaming services, though I am more interested in using the projector for local media and games (HDMI input), so I did not test them. Note that the VIDAA OS does contain the intrusive, privacy invasive features for trying to determine what media you're watching, and can use this to tailor advertisements to target you, so you'll probably want to go through all the settings under System -> Advanced Settings -> Enhanced Viewing Settings and Personalized As settings to ensure that stuff is all turned off. The remote control is decent, with an Apple inspired navigation circle. The remote operates via IR by default, but you can easily pair it to the projector via Bluetooth. Bluetooth mode is good in that you don't need to ensure line-of-sight between the remote and the projector when controlling it, though I found that even in the IR mode, the projector was quite good at receiving reflected IR signals via pointing the remote at the projection surface. The remote has dedicated buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and Disney+.Automatic focus gets close to proper focus, but always seems to leave the focus 2 steps off of the ideal, so manually tweaking the focus afterward is strongly recommended. The minimum focal distance is about 1.2m. If the projection is not perpendicular to the projection surface, the focus will vary across the image. This is not an issue for small projection angles, but becomes more noticeable the larger the projection angle deviates from perpendicular, so you'll want to try and minimize this. When powering back on from standby, you can set the OS to resume to the last used input, which means you can have it turn-on directly to displaying the HDMI input, which is nice, unlike many cheap projectors.Four projection orientations are supported, consisting of the combination of right-side-up vs upside-down, and front vs rear projection. The automatic keystone correction is pretty good as long as the angle to the projection surface is not too extreme (i.e. +/- 30 degrees from perpendicular). For some reason I found the automatic keystone correction would often flip the image upside-down, resulting in me having to subsequently manually toggle the projection orientation setting between "front" and "front ceiling" to restore the desired orientation after each automatic keystone correction run. This was particularly evident when I was trying to project onto the ceiling. You can configure manual keystone correction if the automatic mode fails, or doesn't provide satisfactory results. Note: The keystone correction is done through software, so reduces the usable projection resolution, and image size, relative to the degree of correction applied, so you'll want to try and minimize the need to use this to keep the best picture quality.The projector power is plugged in through the base, rather than into the back of the projector, which is nice for cable management, but HDMI and USB inputs are on the rear-bottom of the projection unit, meaning that if you need to use one of these ports, cable/connector issues will prevent using the projector within a certain tilt range.The projector was priced at $$699.98 at the time of this review, which feels a little expensive. Though it is obviously better built, and more powerful than the cheap, sub $200 projectors commonly available, $4...

The Dangbei N3 Max Smart Projector is a good piece of home projector tech that’s super easy to use and an exceptional value if purchased with a coupon. The color it produces is vibrant and the blacks are nice and deep (see the video file I’ve uploaded - side note: Pantheon is such a great show!). Both the auto focus and keystone correction functions work quickly and well. I’ve tested it out switching walls and pointing the projector up at the ceiling. I love the ceiling option but heads up if you’re committed to using a stick style streaming box like the Roku or an Amazon fire stick - you can’t have that plugged in and run the projector in the upwards direction because there’s not enough clearance for the stick to pass under the base. This is less of a for me since I moved my Apple TV into the bedroom and I have a ceiling fan smack in the middle where I’d want to protect.Dangbei may not be one of the biggest names out there, but it’s good tech and the software is super easy to use. It’s also shockingly quick to start up and shut down. My older Epson projector takes a lot longer. I thought setup was easy too. Just plug the power cord into the attached base and sync the remote with just the touch of a button. After that, it’s easy to use the onscreen navigation to add your WiFi info and you’re golden. It took me less than five minutes and I didn’t even have to hunt around for batteries for the remote since they were included in the box. Streaming via my iPad worked flawlessly, so that’s a major benefit if you don’t want to have to deal with adding logins to apps you don’t often use on the device.The Dolby audio also sounds great and because the projector itself runs so quietly you can really enjoy it.Because it’s a short throw projector rather than an ultra short throw projector (UST), it’s far more forgiving of slight imperfections on ceilings and walls. It does look better on a screen, but because I can only upload one video, take a look at how nice the picture is when projected onto my wall. It’s great for achieving a huge, theatre-like screen without the hassle of installing a big, bulky screen. I totally recommend this affordable and impressive projector.

友人と映画を見るためにリビングに設置して使ってみました。電源を入れてから約20秒で立ち上がり、リモコン一本でNetflixやPrime Videoがすぐに見られるのはとても快適です。1000 ISOルーメンは思ったより明るく、昼間の窓がある部屋でも視認性は確保できました。1500:1のコントラストで暗いシーンの締まりも感じられ、4Kデコード対応で細部も十分に表現されます。AIのオートフォーカスや台形補正、壁色自動適応は手間が少なく便利ですが、壁の色や表面によっては補正後の色味に違和感を覚えることがありました。内蔵スピーカーはクリアで会話の聞き取りは良いものの、低音は控えめなので音響にこだわるならサブウーファーの追加をおすすめします。設定が簡単で操作も直感的なので、大画面で手軽に映画や配信を楽しみたい人に向いています。

電源を入れて映した時に、まず画面の見やすさに驚きました。部屋を暗くするとかなりきれいで、映画やYouTubeを大きく映すだけで一気に雰囲気が変わります。色も変に派手すぎず見やすく、細かい設定をいじらなくてもそのまま楽しめました。画面を大きくしても「無理して引き伸ばしている」という感じが少なく、普通に映像へ集中できます。それ以上に良かったのが、使い始めるまでが本当に楽なところです。少し向きを変えてもピントや台形を自動で整えてくれるので、プロジェクターでありがちな調整の面倒さがかなり少ないです。ジンバルも動かしやすく、映したい方向へそのまま向けられるので、置き場所を決めるのにもあまり悩みませんでした。本体はそれなりに重さがありますが、そのぶん置いた時に安定感があり、作りもしっかりしています。VIDAA OSも動きが軽く、NetflixやYouTubeを見たい時に余計な機器を用意しなくていいのが楽でした。リモコン操作も分かりやすく、電源を入れてから動画を見るまでに引っかかるところがほとんどありません。内蔵スピーカーも普段見る動画ならそのままで十分聞きやすく、最初からあれこれ買い足さなくても使えます。画質だけでなく、毎回面倒なく使えるところまで含めて満足できるプロジェクターでした。

I’ve played around with quite a few projectors, and the Dangbei N3 Max is one of those products that makes me wonder why I’m still watching certain things on a regular television. There’s something about throwing a huge, sharp image onto a wall that makes even an ordinary movie feel like an event.The N3 Max produces a 1080p image and supports 4K content, with 1000 ISO lumens and HDR10/HLG support. The image is bright, detailed, and has the kind of punch I want from a projector rather than that washed-out “well, technically I can see it” look that some inexpensive projectors produce when there's any ambient light around.The sealed optical engine is another feature I really appreciate. Projectors live in a world of dust, and eventually having dust work its way into the optical system can become a problem. A sealed design means there is less to worry about from a maintenance standpoint. I don't want to buy a projector that eventually requires me to take it apart just to clean the inside. This one is much more of a plug-it-in-and-enjoy-it proposition.Then there's the smart setup. Auto focus, automatic keystone correction, screen fit, obstacle avoidance, and wall-color adjustment all happen automatically. That's a huge improvement over the old-school projector experience where you spend fifteen minutes getting the picture perfectly square, only to move the projector six inches and start all over again.The smart TV side is also very well done. The built-in VIDAA operating system gives you access to officially licensed Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video and a large selection of other apps. Having Netflix natively available is important to me because one of the annoying things about some projectors is discovering that your favorite streaming service isn't actually supported.The built-in Dolby Audio is surprisingly useful, too. Obviously, a dedicated sound system is going to give you a bigger and more immersive experience, but having good built-in audio means I can use the projector by itself when I don't feel like setting up the whole theater. HDMI ARC also makes connecting a soundbar or receiver much cleaner.Connectivity is excellent. Wi-Fi handles streaming, Bluetooth lets you connect external audio devices, and the projector can mirror content from phones, tablets, or laptops. It can also be used as a standalone Bluetooth speaker, which is one of those features I probably wouldn't buy it for but will inevitably end up using.I also like that this isn't tied to one particular room. Put it on a table for movie night, aim it at the ceiling when you're feeling lazy, take it outside for an outdoor movie, or build a more permanent home theater setup. With a projector like this, the wall becomes the screen.And at 150 inches, we're well beyond “slightly bigger TV” territory. That's a legitimate high-quality home theater experience.The N3 Max isn't the cheapest little projector you throw in a drawer and forget about. It's designed more like an actual entertainment centerpiece, and that's how I'd use it. The combination of the bright 1000 ISO lumen output, sealed optics, automatic setup, built-in streaming, Dolby Audio, and 4K support makes this feel considerably more sophisticated than the typical portable projector.This is basically the point where watching a movie on a 55-inch TV starts feeling like checking your email on a postage stamp.

【最初に総評】ネイティブ1080P、1000 ISOルーメン、1500:1のコントラストに対応した家庭用プロジェクターです。Netflix・YouTube・Prime Videoを利用できるVIDAA OSを搭載しており、別途ストリーミング端末を用意せず映像コンテンツを楽しめるのが便利でした。最大150インチの大画面に対応し、内蔵ジンバルによって壁だけでなく天井にも投影できるなど、設置の自由度も高いです。【ここが注目ポイント】AIオートフォーカスや台形補正、障害物回避、スクリーン適応、壁色自動適応など、設置後の調整を自動化する機能が充実しています。−45°～135°まで角度を変えられるジンバルも内蔵され、天井投影を手軽に試せるのが魅力でした。さらにDolby Audio対応の12Wデュアルスピーカーを備えているため、プロジェクター単体で映像と音をまとめて楽しみやすい構成です。【気になる点】商品名に「4K」とありますが、ディスプレイ自体の解像度は1920×1080のフルHDで、4Kはデコード対応という点には注意が必要です。4Kネイティブ解像度のプロジェクターではないため、解像度を最優先する場合は区別して選びたいところです。また、1000 ISOルーメンとされていますが、プロジェクターは周囲が明るいほど映像が見えにくくなるため、より鮮明に楽しむなら室内を暗くできる環境が向いています。

家で映画とか動画を見る用に使ってみました。思っていたより明るくて、昼間でもカーテンを閉めれば普通に見られます。夜に部屋を暗くして使うとかなり見やすくて、やっぱり大画面で見るとテレビとはちょっと違いますね。設置したら自動フォーカスと台形補正が動いてくれるので、細かく位置を調整しなくても画面がそれなりに整います。ちょっと斜めに置いたときでも勝手に合わせてくれるので、このへんは楽でした。本体を回転させて投影することもできるので、壁だけじゃなく天井に映して寝ながら見る使い方もできます。これを一度やると結構ラクで、普通に寝転がって動画を見る時間が増えました。音もDolby Audio対応なので、本体スピーカーだけでもとりあえず見られます。もちろん映画とかをしっかり楽しむなら外部スピーカーを使ったほうがいいですが、普段の動画ならこれでも十分かな。

I bought this smart projector bc the kids wanted movies in the living room and outside on warm evenings! The picture is bright and the auto focus works quick. Netflix and the built in apps make it simple without extra devices. We use it after dinner and the kids cheer when the screen lights up. I pack it away when we are done. It has made movie nights feel special for us! Good sound quality but pricey.
