Cancellation policy

1. Standard Order Cancellations

Eligible orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed through the available Shopify cancellation process.

After this period, an order may already be processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Contact hello@dangbeihome.ca immediately if assistance is required.

2. Preorders

A preorder is an order for a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. The expected availability and applicable payment terms will be displayed when the order is placed.

To request cancellation of a preorder before it has been fulfilled, contact hello@dangbeihome.ca with your order number.

Once a preorder has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. The customer may request a return in accordance with the Refund Policy.

3. Refunds

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

4. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable Canadian or provincial consumer-protection law.
