1. About These Terms
This website and online store are operated by 14877462 Canada Inc., doing business as Dangbei Canada (“Dangbei Canada,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
These Terms of Service govern access to dangbeihome.ca and purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to place an order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account, billing, payment and delivery information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
3. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting and other factors.
Product specifications, availability, pricing and promotional offers may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products, subject to orders already accepted and applicable law.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of product availability, pricing or description errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other legitimate reasons. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Eligible orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes through the available Shopify cancellation process. After that period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
5. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout. Any shipping or other charge payable by the customer will be clearly displayed before the order is submitted.
Canadian customers will not be charged customs duties, import fees or tariffs for orders purchased from Dangbei Canada.
Customers confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Order processing, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking and address responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, severe weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage remains with Dangbei Canada until the order is delivered to the address supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, trial conditions and return-shipping responsibilities are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
8. Manufacturer and Legal Warranties
Products may include a manufacturer’s warranty described on the applicable product page or in the documentation supplied with the product.
Manufacturer warranties are in addition to, and do not replace, any mandatory legal warranty or consumer right provided under applicable Canadian or provincial law.
9. Acceptable Use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or household purposes.
You must not:
- Violate applicable laws or the rights of another person
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the website’s security or operation
- Introduce malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts or connected systems

Customers may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished or commercially exploited without the applicable rights holder’s prior permission.
11. Third-Party Services and Shopify
The store is hosted and supported by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from Dangbei Canada, not Shopify.
The website may contain third-party services, applications or links. Third parties may impose their own terms and privacy practices. Dangbei Canada is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Shopify and other service providers may process information as necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfil orders and provide related services.
13. Reviews and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful.
You grant Dangbei Canada a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display submitted feedback for operating, improving and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may remove feedback that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes another person’s rights.
14. Errors and Corrections
Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability or delivery estimates.
We may correct such information and, where necessary, contact affected customers. Nothing in this section limits a customer’s rights when an order has already been accepted or under applicable consumer-protection law.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Dangbei Canada is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights and legal warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, customers are responsible for losses or claims arising from their unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use of a product or limit any mandatory consumer right.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business or the website, or in response to a serious violation of these Terms.
Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations or remedies that arose before termination.
18. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in a court or forum available under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
